What went wrong with my Wilton Giant Cupcake?
Was I not supposed to spray the pan? It stuck to the pan and wouldn't cook in the middle.
Also, did you all use one box of cake mix or two? TIA!

Do you have the 3D one that stands up or the flat one? I have the flat and have to oil it and put flour in it or it sticks. It takes a VERY long time to cook too and mine isn't even the 3D.

I used one box of mix and cooked it for about 45 minutes, I think. I greased the pan with butter.

Oh! I didn't even know there was a 3D one...mine is flat. I sprayed the mold but it wouldn't budge. Do you use one or two boxes of mix?

I was referring to the 3D one in my post. I only used on box for that, so I would guess you only need one box for the flat one too.

Did you let it cool long enough? I only used one box of mix

Re: What went wrong with my Wilton Giant Cupcake?
I have the flat one and used one box of mix and it came out fine. I also sprayed it with the baking spray.
If you ever get the 3D one, read the reviews online for cooking tips.

Re: What went wrong with my Wilton Giant Cupcake?
I read somewhere: -1 box of cake mix -grease and flour -that you might have to cook the top separate from the bottom or else it might overcook.
(I am hoping to trial might out really soon!)
