What winter coat did you buy your infant boy who wears 6-9 months or smaller
I am having such a hard time finding a coat for Xavier. I have 2 6-9months from Rylan and both are huge...they look absolutely ridiculous. I saw one at Gap that fit him ok but don't really want to spend $50 on a coat he will hardly wear.

When DS was that age I had a few thick hooded sweatshirts and a vest. It seemed to work well.

I have a few things that are too small for my DS, he never wore them (he is really big, lol). If you want I can bring them tomorrow and you can see if you want to take any of it (for free of course!!). DS is sleeping so I can't look now but I think I have a navy ralph lauren 6-9 month and a snow suit and maybe a couple other coats...
I will try and find them and will bring tomorrow so you can check them out.
OHH and I have an eddie bauer car seat cover (never used!). I can bring that too. My DS is in a convertible now..
I guess if you don't want/need any of it someone else might...

For the car
For stroller Columbia Snuggly Bunny Down Bunting
Both cost me around $40
DS is not in a carrier anymore and a big boy, but if he was still in carrier, I would just keep him in this: Baby's Cozy World Microfiber & Fleece Carrier Cover
and just stuff it with blankets
In the stroller I also use 7 A.M. Enfant Le Sac Igloo 500 Bunting
DS gets very cold. I rather spend money on this and do laundry everyday for the pair of outfits he has for all of winter.

That's what i've been using so far...those thick furry lined sweatshirts. I just feel like he'll need a coat when we're outside for a while.

He's not in an infant carrier anymore. I do have a nice Carters jacket but i'm looking for something warmer.

What I have been doing is layering a shirt w/ a thick sweatshirt over it and then a vest on top w/a hat and boots (haha sounds like so much when I type it out) So far it has worked but I think we will also need to find something else soon!
It was much easier when he was in the infant carrier!

That's pretty much what I do...minus vest. I'm just thinking that since Rylan is at the age where he loves the snow and Xavier will be a year old and possibly walking we'll be outside alot this winter. His thick sweatshirt won't be cutting it...lol.
