What works for severe congestion?
I have been congested so I took a Sudafed..I don't know if I'm allergic to it or what, but it's 100000 times worse now I've tried everything..netti pot, steam shower, vicks, massage, warm wash cloth..I CANNOT breathe out of my nose at all. It's killing me. Any ideas?

which sudafed did u get?
the real sudafed is behind the counter and you have to show id for it and sign a special sheet. (this is the one you want)
the sudafed w/out the ingredient used to make crystal meth is on the regular shelves.

Yup I got the bad stuff because the box says doesn't contain psuedophederine (sp?). I just thought they changed the ingredients. Ugh!

The only thing that gives me instant relief from a stuffy nose is Afrin nose spray. None of the pills help me in this regard.
I get the "Severe Congestion" brand of Afrin. That is the best stuff. My nose clears up in like 10 minutes after taking it.

I tore my house apart looking for the Afrin before I posted this, but I think I left it on vacation
