What would you pay?
We are thinking about renting out our co-op in a very nice north-shore suffolk town with great schools. 3 BR's, fully updated, new large EIK kitchen, updated appliances, new updated bath, about 1100sq feet. On site, but not in unit, laundry (in the same building). No other amenities, walking distance to town and the elementary school, 2 assigned parking spaces, upper and end unit (so no noise from above or next door) The one shared wall is a single woman, teacher, very quiet and rarely home. Shared yard, but VERY large for kids to play in. Would have to pay cable and electric, but not water or heat. Trying to get an idea of what people would pay.
