what would you serve with roasted loin of pork?
I'm drawing a blank for some reason... maybe roasted potatoes? what kind of veggie?

Herb roasted potatoes, fresh string beans w/carrots and saurkraut made with beer and caraway seeds. I would also have a nice salad.

This is what we had for Christmas dinner ... with homemade apple sauce, roasted potatoes and asparagus.

I would line the pan with potatoes and saurkraut and cook the pork loin on top of that stuff and then serve it with it!!
