What would you think
I went for 3 rounds of interviews with a company since mid October and submitted to a backround check with fingerprints. To date I haven't heard anything.

That is really weird , I would say because of the fingerprints and background check yes. But what was the last date you had spoken to them in Oct?
Did you try and call?

I would really call them to follow-up. Maybe they decided to wait a bit b4 they had someone start or maybe you never got there message?

Definitely follow up....they wouldn't waste time with 3 interviews and spending $ to do a background check if they were not seriously considering you.
