What would you wear to a Sunday wedding at The Lighthouse at Chelsea Piers?
The ceremony is there as well, and it starts at 11:30am. Reception immediately folowing. It's 11/1.
Black dress, not too fancy?

BTW - I am plus size and have arm issues.
