I just stay away from the ones that say light. THose are the ones that have the artificial sweetners. I buy Dannon, Yoplait..stop and shop ect. just as long as they are not light,.

I'm finally able to eat yogurt again after 17 weeks of not being able to look at it!
I've always eaten plain yogurt and added my own fruit and/or cereal for flavor.
My favorite is Stonyfield Organic Unsweetened, but since it's so pricey, I usually end up with my store brand Organic Plain, also unsweetened.
ETA: In our work cafe, they sell the stonyfield with added fruit. Those have no artificial sweeteners.

I like Fage or chobani but perfer Fage and just add nuts and fruit to the plain yogurt.

I <3 Fage lately. I buy the 2% kind. It needs to be doctored with fruit and granola and maybe some honey or preserves. But it's got a ton of protein and calcium.

plain nonfat yogurt (I think Danon makes it, but if you are interested I can check- it has no artificial sweeteners and not too much sugar)
+ frozen fruit
+ skim milk
+ blender
=
A delicious yogurt smoothie!!

This is what I have been doing since I was told I had high blood sugar. But, before that I was eating Activia...I hadn't even considered the artificial sweetner until I had been eating it for months, oops!

Yeah I eat the fage too plus it has about 2x the protein that's great. I eat in with some fresh fruit and about 1/4 of a lara bar crumbled on top (they are just raw fruit and nut bars but are super sweet and really make it taste good)
But I've never like the flavored ones so much before so it's not a switch . .

I mostly have Chobani greek yogurt although I also have some light & fit.
My doctor said the extra calcium is more important to me than the artificial sweeters are potentially "harmful" so I don't work about it.
