What's a unique gift for someone having twins?
I just found out that a very good friend is having twins!   I'm looking for something unique to get her. Any thoughts ladies? TIA! 
ETA: She lives in South Carolina so I'm looking to send a gift. Thanks for the ideas and keep 'em comin'!

As a future momma of twins, what will I need the most?
prepared food
any help with cleaning/laundry
lots and lots of diapers and wipes (will go through at least 20-30 diapers a day for a while)
certificate to a restaurant w/ offer to babysit
certificate to photography services
offer to run errands, grocery shopping
offer to take pictures of the babies and scrapbook them for her
Seriously, especially, if she plans on breastfeeding she really will absolutely have no time to do anything else. Just finding 10 minutes to take a shower will be a challenge.

I've seen the Noah's ark theme used for twins. You know since there were 2 of each animel.
