we were supposed to go to a mets game, but idk if I want to go now since the weather is going to be crappy

what's everyone doing tomorrow?
I asked my husband to pick up donuts at north fork doughnut co. I honestly just want to lay in bed and watch tv all day while he tends to the kids lol. Probably won’t go anywhere since it’s gonna be crappy out

We are taking my MIL out for lunch at our yacht club and then going to my SILa for a family dinner - my BIL is gonna cook hibachi!

North fork donuts sounds good! So does shopping! I have a baseball game in the morning if it doesn’t rain ..debating whether to stay home and skip it while they go!

Brunch in the morning and then dinner with my mom. But laying in bed watching movies and not dealing with my kids sounds like a dream!

well my day is going great so far! DD woke up early, and Dh thought it was a fantastic idea to get up with her which I really appreciated, except that he brought her right into my bed to wake me up and watch TV in bed with me. So cute, except DD can't sit still and I was stuck telling her to stop jumping on the bed for 45 mins while Dh enjoyed his coffee in the living room and played games on his phone uninterrupted.
Even better, when I made a comment that we needed to get groceries and go to home depot, rather than offer to run errands for me he suggested we all go together. I said I would prefer to do those things alone if I was going to have to run errands (because he clearly did not offer), and he said that wasn't fair and that he would bring DD along so he can "help" me... wtf.
Well, I didn't feel like arguing so i went along with it, and we had to deal with a toddler who cried in both places because she didn't want to sit in the shopping cart, and then wanted a balloon in the supermarket and cried when I said no. I had a full on breakdown in the car because I realized I forgot like 10 things because I couldn't freakin' focus. Dh had the nerve to tell me it was MY fault for not telling him that I wanted him to do it. I didn't even have breakfast this morning and we've been up since 630- i'm beyond pissed off.
So, i told him I will be leaving to get a foot massage in a little while since he wanted me to be more direct and tell him exactly what I want today. He couldn't say no, lol... Also, I hate facebook today because everyone else seems to be having a MUCH better day than me!

We had breakfast early and now we are back home finishing packing up our house. We rip the se one floor off on Tuesday. We are down to the wire to get it cleared out and I’m not a ton of help since I tore my meniscus and acl last weekend.

DH got up with DD and then proceeded to fall asleep while she was playing in the basement which led her to come up to get me to say she’s hungry. So I fed her and took her grocery shopping with me.
Oh but he did get me a $500 gc to a spa so I can spend hours of free time I don’t have getting a massage to relax me enough to forget that he threw away $500.
Now he’s offering to cook dinner because the second part of my gift is waiting 3 hours for him to figure out how to make chicken cutlets.

.....oh and he got me a small box of chocolates while he was out shopping for his. Mom's gift.

My kids made me matching rainboloom necklace and bracelets with handmade cards. They brought me a granola bar on a plate for breakfast. While they did wake me up at 7:30, they were funny because they told me to go back to sleep or shhhhhhhh mommy is sleeping, but really loud.
We then drove 2.5 hours to spend mother's day brunch with the family and then 2.5 hours on our return trip in the rain. We played a few board games with the family, and that was nice.
I am sitting at my daughter's dance class while my husband and son are grocery shopping. Then we will have takeout Chinese for dinner.
