Whats for dinner 1/29
these menu planning posts made me hungry...I'm about to get some lunch but figured I'd ask what's for dinner  
for us,
pork tenderloin with roasted apples and onions
swiss chard
potatoes (most likely roasted)

Leftovers
Leftover spare ribs for DH and I have two small chicken cutlets that need to be cooked so I'll make those for myself.
I'll prob make mac and cheese, a veg and dinner rolls for both of us as sides.

Take out.... we have some errands to run tonight so probably stop off somewhere on the way home. I could go for a good deli sandwich. Yum!

Sloppy Joe's- brown the meat and add manwich sauce. I am having it over rice, DH is having it on a roll.
This week I cooked alot, and I am looking forward to not cooking tomorrow night.
Monday- chicken cutlets stuffed with cheese and asparagus, rice, salad
Tuesday- Crockpot sausages and peppers
Wednesday- Salisbury steak, veggies, mashed potatoes
tonight- sloppy Joe's
