What's for dinner 2/18
dh picked up some sausages stuffed with broccoli rabe from the italian deli so
I am making
sauteed sausages with baby spinach and cherry tomatoes over farfalle

sausage here too . cept im doing with peppers & onions.
i make what your doing alot too. if i cant find arugula i use the spinach too,
its very good as well you like sun dried tomatoes & shaved carrots, ( sautee that with the evvo & garlic & cherry tomatoes . its good with what your making too . either way delish
tmrw is eppie rolls with the left overs

whole wheat pizza dough from TJs.
cooked up 2 chicken breast, added spinach, onions, mushrooms, red pepper.
rolled out dough, put mixture in middle of dough, added some cheese, rolled like burrito and baked. soooooo good.
