Re: What's for Dinner?

roast pork loin w/roasted red potatoes and green beans

Hopefully - if I get out on time we won't be eating it at 8:30 at night.

If I get out too late - I'll crock pot it tomorrow for pulled pork and tonight we'll have leftovers.

Wow, you guys are good!

I've cooked 3 nights in a row and now I'm done! Chat Icon It's sad, but I do love to cook, but being a week away from having my Chat Icon it's just too much. So most likely tonight is fend for ourselves night.

Re: What's for Dinner?

We had stuffed peppers and a green salad.

Tonight is balsamic chicken, string beans - and the boys will have mashed potatoes while I have a roasted sweet potato. We'll pair it with a nice tomato salad for color.
