What’s for dinner?

It’s a nice fall day here and I wanted something hearty. I really wanted short ribs, but that cut doesn’t really exist here unless you special order the cow and have it butchered a certain way.

So I’m doing the next best thing. Oxtail braised in red wine, beef stock, and tomato passata with carrots over egg noodles.

Well, my eyes were bigger than my stomach at the supermarket today, so I will probably have oxtail tacos later this week. Chat Icon

And a lasagna soup sounds great. Any specific recipe?

I’m doing a paleo pizza spaghetti pie. My friend sent me the recipe and she says it’s yum! It does look pretty easy.

Yes! He's doing some construction in the house right now, but I'll have him send it to me later today and I'll post it.

Pizza. I'm starving and I ordered way to much food so I don't want to see my husbands face when it picks it up lol.
