ok..what is everyone cooking?
I am making..roasted fingerling potatoes, salad, black beans with garlic and oil-asparagus and rib eyed steaks..
What is everyone else eating?

I actually used to be obsessed with the pizza stones - and with using dough from pizzerias. Now I am much more basic. Pillsbury makes a pizza dough that is YUMMY and I stick it on a regular cookie sheet! Fast and easy and I don't have to run to the pizzeria anymore when I want to make one!

Awwww - I remember dinners like those! It will get better! 
I had a large spinach salad with baked tofu and a scoop of eggless egg salad (also made with tofu) and soy ice cream (cookie avalanche - yummmmm....) with raspberry sorbet for desert  (Remember - I'm vegan - we eat funny things!)

heres my twist on it...no cukes--but pickles...and add coleslaw...now I want some!
