What's for dinner? Meal Planning?
So now that Jack is a full fledged toddler I feel like I am having trouble cooking meals that we all can eat without being a short order cook. My style of cooking is not very toddler friendly. We used to eat a lot of fish, and spicy entries with things that Jack would immediately toss on the floor!
So does anyone have any meal planning resources they use? Like a website or a great cookbook?

I just make sure I keep my daughter's favorites in the house because I never know when she is going to refuse what I made for dinner. Chicken nuggets are a hit as well as macaroni and cheeseburgers.

I have been thinking about this as well now that Alex is starting to become interested in table food. How about perogies. They can be boiled and made with ease while preparing your own meal. You could also toss in a few frozen veggies at the end of the cooking time.
