What's for dinner this week?
I need some inspiration.
I'm making chicken marsala tonight and possibly personal pizza's tomorrow. Other than that, I'm out of ideas.

What's for dinner this week?
Last night we had baked pesto chicken with rice and roasted broccoli.
Tonight is marinated steak, corn, and caprese salad. Making quesadillas with the leftover steak another night.
The rest of the week rice and beans with fresh guacamole, burgers with coleslaw and baked beans, not sure what else.

Last night I made buffalo chicken meatballs with a salad that had candied walnuts in it. The salad was really good.
Tonight I will be making a turkey quinoa cheeseburger casserole.
Rest of the week includes/included: grilled marinated steak and grilled corn, homemade chicken, vegetable and noodle soup... sausage mac and cheese... and pizza from the store-- lol!!!

What's for dinner this week?
last night i made pasta with homemade tomato sauce with veggies and sausage. tonight i have a work event, don't know what the hubs is doing. tomorrow i think we'll have a big greek salad and bread.
that's all i've got.

Last night : London broil, rice, salad
Tonight : loaded salads - lettuce and veggies with sliced chicken and cheese
Tomorrow : leftover London broil, zucchini and mushrooms
Thursday : fish and no mayo Cole slaw

Prior night was steak on garlic bread covered with cheese
Last night was hummus and tomatoes
Tonight was leftover turkey stroganoff
I have no idea what the next few days will be. I am usually more prepared.. I have to prep more on my days off.

What's for dinner this week?
here are some ideas.
Ravioli
spaghetti squash/ buffalo chicken boats with blue cheese
lemon Spaghetti pie
tacos., fish, shrimp, ground meat
frittata with spinach, mushrooms and cheese
enchiladas chicken, veggie, cheese etc
chili
soup of choice and sandwiches or salad
Grilled cheese !!!
Turkey breast with all the trimmings
sausage and peppers over noodles, rice or heroes
salmon with Jasmin rice, sauteed mixed veggies
chicken pot pies
stuffed mushrooms
zucchini parm instead of eggplant parm
when I think of more I'll return

What's for dinner this week?
Mon: Grilled chicken caesar salads
Tues: Asian chicken lettuce wraps with steamed veggie potstickers
Weds: Steak quesadillas (I had leftover steak, thanks to the PP for the suggestion!), roasted corn and poblano peppers, maybe yellow rice or beans
Thurs: Softball
Fri: wedding
