We're doing grilled chicken over salad with garlic bread. We sprinkle cooked bacon and croutons over the salad as well.

I think I may force my husband to tak eme to Cheeburger Cheeburger, since I am so nice to pick him up in Oyster Bay...
I have a good recipe for a Chicken POt Pie if you like cozy time dinner make.

But the other night I bought chop meat and made them into burgers we had them with toasted sandwich size English muffins, microwaved some bacon, added some cheese, pickles, yum! HTH

Fabulous Fast Shrimp
Ingredients:
1 tbsp. butter OR margarine
2 stalks celery, chopped
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1/4 cup sliced green onion
1 lb. fresh large shrimp, shelled and deveined
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup OR Campbell's® Condensed 98% Fat Free Cream of Chicken Soup
1/2 cup water
Dash of cayenne pepper
Hot cooked rice
Paprika
Directions:
HEAT butter in skillet. Add celery, green pepper and green onions and cook until tender. Add shrimp and cook 3 to 5 min. or until done.
ADD soup, water and cayenne pepper and heat through. Serve over rice. Sprinkle with paprika
