We're getting together with my family and doing a few homemade pizzas. Buffalo Chicken (spicy in the hopes of bringing on labor ), fig andprosciutto, with parmesan and probably one more traditional pizza. Also garlic knots and a big chopped salad.

-baked (maybe will turn it into mashed) sweet potatoes
-chicken marinated in lemon and spices
-big garden salad (lettuce, tomato, cucumbers, etc.)
keeping it simple tonight!

Ginger, garlic and soy marinated sirloin steak, baked sweet potatoes, roasted cauliflower, sliced tomatoes.

I ate out and had a tofu, veggie and brown rice stir fry /steamed veggie dumplings. When I got home, I made DH broiled salmon with a brown sugar/ BBQ sauce glaze, sauteed zucchini and a baked potato.

I am on a cruise so I can't help, but we had shrimp cocktail, salad, turkey and stuffing, sweet potatoes, broccolli and baked alaska for dessert. ( Landfall dinner) Back to reality tomorrow when we come home.
