What's for dinner tonight?
I have my crockpot going, beef stew. DH asked why if the weather is so nice, my reply was it is October it is supposed to be cold! LMAO I am just glad i finally got it together this morning, it has been a busy week for me. I am looking forward to coming home to a nice, hot cooked meal tonight.

What's for dinner tonight?
I have no idea. I didn't take anything out last night. I am thinking pasta w broccoli, garlic and EVOO. with some grated cheese on top. Simple.

Chicken parm with pasta was the original plan. I need to go to the DMV after work though and I have a feeling it's going to take a while. Might be a pizza night...

DH and I had a similar conversation on Tuesday when I made beef stew. I was excited to make fall dishes and didn't think to check the weather forecast before grocery shopping!
I was hoping tonight would be leftovers but we don't have any. Probably pizza or grilled italian sausages with rice pilaf and spinach salad.

dh isn't coming home for dinner so for me it's eat whatever I can find out of the fridge and pantry... probably cheese and chip lol. super healthy!
im just glad i dont have to cook or clean dishes tonight!!

Im making beef stew tomorrow in the crockpot! Tonight we did breakfast for dinner and had omelettes and toast.
