What's for Lunch - the Kids Version

I am running out of "good" ideas to feed Leah for lunch. I would love a new menu provided by my LIF gals Chat Icon Chat Icon

DD's new fav-Hummus and wheat thins followed by a fruit cup.

Re: What's for Lunch - the Kids Version

We had pizza today at a playgroup Christmas party.

BUT

I posted a recipe (last week maybe) for a butternut squash and apple soup. I also make a veggie filled organic pasta e fagloi soup that Grace LOVES. It has organic onions, zucchini, garlic, celery, carrots, potato, chopped tomatoes, cannolini beans, kidney beans, chici beans and pasta. I can post that recipe too if you like. It is very easy to make and you can freeze it too.

It is a GREAT way to sneak a ton of veggies into one meal. Chat Icon

kayla had peanut butter and jelly heartwich. lol we call it that because i got her one of those sandwich cutters in a heart shape and she loves it! it got her to start eating sandwiches.. she never would before.. she would eat what was inside and not the bread.
