What's for Sunday dinner
I am roasting a chicken and it smells so delicious, right now. We are having roasted chicken with onions and potatoes. Our sides are fresh green beans, red cabbage and sliced cucumbers. Pumpkin bread for dessert.
What are you having??

Re: What's for Sunday dinner
I am making beef stew in the crockpot. DH doesn't feel good and this is one of his favorite dinners, plus it's cold out today so I think it'll be perfect!

Re: What's for Sunday dinner
I always say that I need to use my slow cooker more often.
My sister always makes pulled pork in it and serves it with brown rice and steamed veggies and it comes out so good.

I got all excited for broccoli cheese soup from the other post, but I am making the "Panera" recipe for it.
And Apple Dapple cake for dessert.

Re: What's for Sunday dinner
turkey tenderloin with mashed potatoes and gravy.... and i also made an italian meatloaf, so DH could try it and see if he likes it (and still have the turkey as a backup).
We have lots of leftovers but it works out well because DH likes bringing leftovers for lunch and I come home for lunch. We'll probably have meatloaf for dinner tomorrow since we had mainly turkey tonight
cookie cake for dessert... i got DH one to celebrate our 2 month wedding anniv

Re: What's for Sunday dinner
Chinese take out. We've been doing things around the house all day and since the kitchen was clean I didn't want to dirty it.

have you ever made your homemade pizza on the bbq? It is delish!
Just make it as usual and then put the whole thing on the bbq. you can brush the grate first with some evoo so the dough won't stick.
