Ahh!!!!!!! 2 of my co-workers just got it & it looks like I'm the next one in line. I heard it comes with a vengance & then goes. (It lasts about a day & a half) Get LOTS of rest, stay hydrated & relax. Its a virus, so theres nothing you can take to prevent or treat it . So sorry beans. I hope you feel better.

i had it for about a week-first yakking, then the other end, then weakness/dizziness, then i got acid reflux from it...sorry beans

My Dh just went back to work today. He had it and is was pretty awful. He is on the toast diet and I am on night 3 of sleeping on my couch, which is quite comfy.
Rest, hydrate and relax.

I puked for 12 hours then just queasy for two days.
DH had it too but it wasnt as bad for him.
My 17th month old had it for a WEEK! poor baby.
Feel better.

My entire household just had it- really bad, the puking then watery diahrea pain unbelievable stomach pain!
welp seems everyone else is better than me b/c stupid me felt better yesterday and was so hungry I wanted wendys fries with honey mustard sauce well now this morning guess whos back
duration
for DD- 4 days
for DH- 2 days
for me - well was 2 days now well see with today so far making it 2 1/2 days
feel better get gatorade, chicken broth, plain white rice, bananas and crackers. take tylenol or motrin for pain and or fever. lay down and just relax. You need to eat foods to bind you and keep hydrated.

Ugh my Mom came down with it on Sunday night. She was really sick for the past two days and is now just coming out of the woods.

The worst of it for me was like the first 18 hours or so, and then just occasionally the next 2 days. Take motrin and tylenol, drink lots of fluids and rest. This virus is the worst! I cannot remember seeing such a bad outbreak in years like this one has been.

I got it last Thurs and I am still feeling weak and very queasy. I was violently ill for the first 24 hours.

My DH had it for about 48 hours, and then I got it a day later and it lasted just about 48 hours as well.
