What's the difference between Similac and Similac Advance?

What's the difference between Similac and Similac Advance?
I finally got DS to take formula and I had given him Similac Isomil Advance. It was a sample can I got from the hospital. My DH bought a can of regular Similac Isomil. I just realized it's not "Advance." Is it the same thing?

isomil is soy milk based..advance had dha and rha..antibodies found in breast milk. and it is milk based
