What's the most secure way to send a money order/cashiers check
DH just bought something off ebay which requires a money order or cashiers check. What's the most secure way to send this so we can be 100% certain they received the check? The check is for a lot of money so we want to be as safe as possible. TIA

And make sure it's payable to the recipient, not to cash (or left blank).
