We're gone a couple times lately. Basically you can either buy completely prepared entrees from their freezer and just bake them at home (we got coconut chicken and potatoes au gratin last weekend and it took about 30 mins to cook in the oven), and they also offer you the option of making the meals in their kitchen area. We've done that too, and it's fun having everything set up, not having to clean up, and having all the room and ingredients you need! We had fun making the meals together there, but picking them up from the freezer is good after work or whatever. It's kind of pricey, but the food is good.
