whats the purpose of check progesterone...
7DPIUI today and i had to go in for a progesterone check up. What will the progesterone tell them. I didnt get a call so im assuming everything is fine just curious.

Well if you prog. is low you could have m/c. Prog. is what makes your pregnancy stick until the placenta takes over. So the fact that it is good, is great!! If it wasn't they would supplement with Progesterone.

Progesterone is what helps sustain a pregnancy until the placenta takes over. If your progesterone levels are low, then they can put you on suppositories.
