What's the quickest way to get to Gramercy Park from Penn?
Do I just walk or take the subway? I'm so unfamiliar with the city!

it's near the 4/6 train wihch is the East Side/Lexington Ave. and you can't access that from Penn. you could take a 1,2, 3 from Penn to 14th street and take the 14th street shuttle subway, the L.
are you actually going to the park or the neighborhood. if you're actually going to the park i would do the above. if the address is in the 20's or 30's streets, you could just walk east over a few avenues.

Yeah there is really no direct way to get there from Penn...you could walk a block east to 6th Ave/Herald Square and get the N/R/W train, and take it to 23rd St...this will get you pretty close
