whats your fav spring holliday tradition? (easter/passover)

My whole life we've colored eggs with crayons before dying them, Mike and I used to do it ourselves even before we had kids, too! Now, we have done it with Sammie too the past two years....and this yr Kristina will watch us as well. Everyone who comes on Easter gets an egg decorated this way, and we write their name on it...we also do the egg cracking game at dinner....and a special present goes to the winner!

Since she could walk, we do a little easter egg hunt for my parents and Mike's Dad to watch but this yr we are also now starting a tradition where the eggs will have puzzle pieces in them, I read it in a magazine...and every year, we'll find a new puzzle to use and then do together!! (It helps that puzzles are sugar free....lol! - but I thought it was cute!)

you have to "knock" somewhat gently on the person's next to you and you go aroudn the table....if your egg cracks, you use the other side and continue around the table until there's one person left who has either one or both sides left intact.....not sure where its from, we alwasy did it at my grandma's when we were little so I kept it up!
