What’s your favorite book?
I belong to a book club called once upon a book club. It really helped me get back into reading. It’s a little pricey, but you can either subscribe for 3, 6, 12 months or you can buy individually. What I like about this club is that they send you gifts with the book... You open each gift as you get to a certain page in the book. And they pick out fantastic books... novels I would’ve never chosen for myself but really enjoyed! I LOVED “beasts of extraordinary circumstance”.
Some of the others I’ve read bc of this club: The great alone The woman in the window The end of temperance dare
These are all different genres and they were all fantastic.

Re: What’s your favorite book?
A Thousand Splendid Suns stuck with me since i read it. The Kite Runner too but not as much as splendid suns
Page turner- Behind Closed Doors.... I have never read a book faster than I read that. I was actually sad when it was over because I was so into it.

I have been reading Behind Closed Doors for weeks now. I want to love it, I have heard great things but for some reason I can't keep with it. I am going to keep on trying.

Re: What’s your favorite book?
I read so many books, so it's hard to recommend favorites without knowing what genres you like. I read mostly women's fiction and mystery/thriller type books, sometimes romance and historical fiction.
What do you generally like to read?
But Goodreads is a good source of info when trying to select books to read. I go on there a lot.
I've also picked up some new titles that I've loved after seeing them pop up on the Storyboard (reading board) here.

ITA. I read a lot of fantasy/sci fi which I know isnt everyone's cup of tea. But my favorite series is probably Red Rising... it's like Game of Thrones meets Ender's Game.
