What's your favorite strength training exercise?
Need some new ones to jazz up my routine.
What strength training move do you love doing? What makes you feel comfortably sore and like you really accomplished something?

doing anything to muscle fatigue is my favorite... i really get results fast and feel like i worked my booty off!
I particularly love squats, push ups and any arm workouts - like tricep kickbacks, shoulder presses, etc.

I LOVE DO DUMBBELL ROWS, CHEST FLIES OR ANTERIOR RAISES. ALSO LOVE SQUATS AND ABS. ALL ABS THE HARDER THE BETTER!

2 things:
Alternate Dumbbell Chest Press - hold both weights up and bring down one at a time.
Squat & Press - dumbbell squat and then an overhead press when you come up

free weights!!!! I can't move my arms after a good workout!!! I love the machine for your calfs also..my legs get so unbelievably sore from that. For abs I love doing jack knife situps..works wonders!

I second the squats. The more weight the better the work out. I also like flys, leg press, chest press. Form is also makes a difference, controled steady movement. have fun!

I agree with others about squats! I like to do 3 different kinds of squats - closed leg, normal stance and wide stance - what a good burn!
Lunges are so hard too (with hand weights)
I do bicep curls with free weight over once of those incline type seats.
Bench press
Assisted dips and assisted pull ups
Tricep pull downs with pully machine
Ummm so many more but these are all good suggestions so far! Its good to change it up!
