whats your typical day of food?

i start my day with a cup of tea-half regular,half decaf
usually have cereal w/fruit for breakfast,
a granola bar mid morning and maybe more fruit.
Lunch is usually a lean cuisine or sandwich
and dinner depends...
I havent been eating as healthy as i should..so dinner has been pizza,pasta,turkey hot dogs, or something with chop meat.
I'm anti-meat-like big hunks of meat Chat Icon

i think i should be eating better

I think your eating OK, maybe just try to sneak in some veggies (I need more of those too!)

bfast - oatmeal w/fruit or protein powder or high fiber cereal

snack - always an apple

lunch - lately i've been craving a bagel w/cream cheese...but most days I try to eat a salad or soup

mid afternoon - sometimes I'm bad, I usually need something sweet, a few jelly beans or on a good day fruit or yogurt...something small though

dinner - usually something really light, a little bit of pasta or a balanced meal but a small one

dessert - bad days - light ice cream, most days fruit and a few nilla wafers (love them!) or graham crackers or jello w/whipped cream

I have been anit-meat as well, its just grosses me out lately, especially chicken! But I do eat seafood.

Breakfast-one bowl frosted mini wheats
Lunch-half or whole sandwich, usually honey maple turkey OR minestrone soup (to get some veggies in since my stomach just can't handle them)
Dinner-This chicken dish my Mom has been making me, it's got bread crumbs and cream of celery soup and really small pieces of chicken so it doesn't gross me out. If I don't eat that, it's sometimes more soup and toast.
Midday snack-pretzel rods or 100 calorie jello pudding or skim milk with nestle powder.

Weird but this is what works lately with my m/s.

Breakfast: Special K bowl of cereal
Mid morning snack: Banana or yogurt bar
Lunch: Lenders bagel with melted cheese, cheese stick, handful of pretzels
Mid Afternoon: Plum or nectorine
Dinner: Usually meat, starch and veg
Dessert: (very rearly) Light slow churned edy's strawberry ice cream
Water all day!!!
