I plan on letting the belly speak for itself. My job is very lenient with it's leave policies.

Right away. I had to take longer lunches during my 1st trimester so I had to justify.

And they still give me grief with a dr's note.

Told my boss at 7 weeks because I needed to take days off to see Dr. and I was falling asleep at my desk everyday.

Will announce to my team and other coworkers at 12 weeks. A few of my closer friends at work know.

I will not tell my boss until 12 weeks most likely. I work in a school, and my nurse knows. However, I am not ready to tell any coworkers or my boss until I am sure things are okay with me and the baby.

At 14 weeks.

I was showing already and I had a big class where I was going to be in front of the same 10 people all week long and I knew it would come up.

I just walked in and said "Not sure if you've guessed this already, but I'm pregnant!"

I am friends with my immediate boss, so I told her as soon as I knew.

We actually told my real boss when I was about 8 weeks because one of my co workers was leaving and we felt the need to break it to him that I'd be gone for a little while as well.

I had to tell work as soon as I got a BFP... so I could be taken out of certain surgical procedures that were a risk for the baby...( Xray/cement/certain types of inhalation diseases)

My boss knew before our parents did!!!

I told my boss at about 9 weeks and told the people I was close with at the same time....everyone else just figured it out

I told my boss @ 12 weeks and everyone else just kinda found out as I went along, no big announce ment or anything!

I told my boss at 10 weeks because someone at work came up to me and flat out asked me if I was pregnant. I did not want my boss to hear the news from anyone but me. She was reallly nice and said that she had figured it out because I was eating salteen crackers. It went rather well. My coworkers have all been really wonderul to me and I really appreciate it. I had a bad case of m/s. It is finally subsiding.
