When attire is "Casual neat" (Porto Bello in Mattituck)
What does that mean?
Can you wear jeans with a nice shirt and shoes?? For men and women??

ITA.
It sounds like they're looking for casual but they don't want people showing up in ripped jeans and baggy T-shirts.

I called a restaurant once and they said casual neat- I asked what that meant- and they said- Jeans are fine as long as they are not ripped. So nice jeans, a nice top and heels would be fine I guess.
