When can infants start putting the pacifier back in
on their own, I'm counting the seconds till this happens....

DD is almost 6 months old, and she's still not doing it. It's driving me crazy, she'll randomly wake up in the middle of the night because she wants the paci

DD is the same EXACT way, she'll also play with it during the day and try sticking it in, sometimes she'll do it but at night she doesn't even ATTEMPT to try!!!

Right there with you. DS is now "playing" with the pacifier which is super annoying...especially at 2 am after I stick it in his mouth to get him to go back to sleep.

Mila will alwaya put it in herself during the day, even at naps..but never will or even attempt to at nite..
its a PITA, but im glad i literally just have to pop it in two or three times, and get back to sleep..she goes right back after she has it..
