When can you hear the HB on a doppler
Like the kind the doctors use?
I bought one from babybeat.com when I was pregnant with my daughter and I have been so tempted to use it.
I am only 7 weeks and I know its too early to hear on it right now. When did you hear your baby's at the dr's?

We tried at my 12 week appt and we couldnt hear the baby's. The dr said it was only mine. I thought people have heard it way earlier so I was nervous but apparently he said it's normal. My next appt is at 16 weeks (2 more weeks) I def should be able to hear it then. I love being pregnant!!

I was 12 weeks when my dr. used it on me but I've read that some people won't be able to hear it until the 2nd trimester.

heard it at 10 weeks at the drs. WHen you gave me your doppler I was 12 weeks and we heard it loud and clear. I think its TOO early... don't use it now, you're only going to get yourself worried.

I couldn't hear it at the Dr's office until I was 15w - he tried at 11w4d and we couldn't hear anything.

My doctor's office said they won't even attempt to use the doppler until you are a full 12 weeks (I was 11w, 4d at my last appt. and they wouldn't try it).

my dr first used itat my 16 week visit. when i was there at 11 weeks she said sometimes even then you wont hear it so didnt try.
but most times i think after 11weeks you can hear it on those.
7 weeks is probably too early.

They used it on me at 16 weeks. I never tried it before that.

Me too, and even then it took a while for the md to get it because the baby was moving so much.
