When did they start listening for the heart beat on a doppler?
I'm curious because they didn't at my 10 week appt. last time. I'm coming up on my 14 week appt. and I'm hoping they can hear the heart beat.

16 weeks for us 
(scary story, he couldnt find the HB for like 5 mins... i started to panic a little. He then realized the machine wasnt working   ... they got a new doppler and found it right away )

They tried at my 12w appt but, didn't hear anything (I was actually 11w4d and I have an anterior placenta).
They had no problem at my 16w appt though.

12 weeks but my dr. warned me that it was sort of early. She couldn't hear it then but found it at my 16 week appt. right away.

At 12 weeks I had a sono and they saw the HB then so my doc didn't listen with the doppler until my 16 week appt.

They tried at 10 weeks but could not hear anything so I had an emergency sono to make sure everything was okay. At 15 weeks they could hear it clear as day on the doppler.

16 weeks but it did take her a min or two to find it... he was moving around alot in there...but it was enough to make me panic

They tried around 12 weeks and couldn't get it so they had to use the ultra sound machine.
