When did yo start solid foods 3x a day?
DS has been eating solids twice a day for a few weeks now. When is it ok to up him to 3x a day?

Ive been giving solids 3 xs a day from the beginning. My dr. said to do one week of cereal alone once a day, which we did and then to up it to cereal twice a day and fruit or veggie twice a day. So I do one cereal for breakfast, a fruit or veggie for lunch and then cereal and a fruit or veggie for dinner...so basically three times a day, but twice a day of each.

Around 9 months - which was about 3 months after we started solids.
