When did you get REAL symptoms?
SO I just got a BFP and I do not feel anything different. i mean my boobs hurt, but they ALWAYS hurt before AF. I am not nauseous, nothing!!!
At how many weeks did most of you feel like you were pregnant???

9 Weeks when I got hit with all day morning sickness for 4 weeks!
I had bad insomnia around 5.5-7 weeks. That's really been it.

ITA. In my first trimester fatigue (and slightly sore boobs) were my only symptoms. Once the second tri hit, they both disappeared. Only now in the 3rd I'm getting the sleepiness back. Everyone is different!

same here... 11 weeks 1d and I feel fine. I have to remind myself I'm prego. Other than fatigue around 9PM, I feel great.

My boobs hurt worse than ever.. that was my real symptom at 6 weeks.

Not for awhile, I didn't really have many symptoms at first. Probably starting around 6 weeks, I was tired and had menstrual like cramping - that lasted throughout the first trimester.
I didn't really feel PG until I felt the baby move, I was lucky and felt it early around 15 weeks, it wasn't consistent and more kick-like until 20ish weeks.

I had nausea almost immediately, but everyone is different. I didn't feel pregnant until I started feeling  move.
