When did you give your little ones his/her first hair cut?
The reason why I ask is because Alex's hair is getting so long and he is only 5 1/2 months old. I don't think I could wait another 6 1/2 months.

Sammy actually had his first haircut at 4 1/2 months it was soo long. Sara I will wait so she can have ling hair.

me too...he was supposed to go at a year, and then at 13 months, I keep delaying I love his long curly hair!

same here, both were after their first bdays
I LOVE boys with long-ish hair, if it grows in wavy/curly. my boys hair looks messy now if it grows too long.

We will go sometime after his 1st bday. I would wait longer but his hair is wavy and is out of control

My sons hair was too long by his first birthday but his twin brother's was shorter so we waited until they were 13 months when we went to Disney and got it done there.

I had her hair cut in June when she was 8 months old. I wanted it to grow long but it was getting all uneven looking so they just did a trim.
She's actually VERY due for another trim soon. Her hair is fairly straight but it's fluffy and frizzy like mine and it's starting to look a little ratty looking.

Both of my kids were BALD! DS got his first haircut (just a trim for the "faux-hawk like thing that only grew in the middle of his head) and DD, who is almost 21 months, still is not even close to needing a haircut. She has thick, crazy, curly hair, but it never actually seems to grow longer-just thicker and curlier. Maybe she'll need a haircut before she leaves for college???

Noah's hair is really long now and I won't cut it until he is at least 1. I am scared that he won't look the same if I get him a haircut...and his long blond hair is sooo pretty!!!

I had 2 baldies. Both were 2-1/2 years old. They still didn't warrant a haircut, but I had it done to shape it a little more.

I took my son for his first "real" haircut around 13/14 months and he was long overdue. I cut his hair myself (trimmed sides and bangs) at 6 months and again at 11 months.

My son just turned 4 months and his hair was out of control. He is 6 months now and needs another one desperately!!!
