When did you know your baby's true eye color?
Right now DD has grayish blue eye color, which I assume is that baby eye color that will change.
So when did you know your baby's true eye color?

MY son is almost 3 and his eyes haven't changed from the moment he popped out of the womb.

Re: When did you know your baby's true eye color?
DS has his daddy’s hazel eyes since about 6 months….So I never know what color they are going to look, some days they look green, others grey, others brown…
Anyway I think they can change up until 2 years old!

Re: When did you know your baby's true eye color?
my thing is, if they get lighter and lighter, then they are def going to be blue.....
hannahs eyes=blue....at birth, they were they dark dark blue grey color, but day by day they just got lighter and lighter and i knew they would stay that way (even before she was 1 month)
emerson- blown....same color as hannahs at birth, but they never got lighter- they just got brown day by day......

Re: When did you know your baby's true eye color?
DD is 16 months and her eyes are blue and have gotten lighter. For blue eyes, I think I've read if they get lighter, they will stay and if they are dark they are more likely to change color.
In any case, I have also heard that eyes can change as late as 2 years.
As long as DD can see out of her eyes, I don't care
