When did you set up stuff?
Swings, bouncers, pack and Plays, clothing ect. I will be 27 weeks Saturday and have not done a thing!!!

THe only thing you should make sure you have up is the crib, bouncy seat & swing. You surely won't need pack & play for some time- Unless you are using it for a changing table. YOu still have about 10 weeks to go. This sounds like a long time but things can change quickly. If you have the room, do it when your ready. If your house will be squished....wait as long as you can. Those swings take up alot of room.
Also, don't take any TAGS off clothes until you know how big your babies will be. There is soooooooooo much waste with clothes...you won't believe it.

I agree with this. Get the necessities set up early, the rest can wait. My shower was at 26 weeks and we had the cribs set up by 28 weeks. The dresser was set up at 30. I jus finished washing/putting all their clothes away at 33 weeks. Now, at 34, I can't fathom doing much more,, except finding a cleaning lady lol

My shower is also next weekend so after that I guess I will see all the baby stuff I got and start having someone else put stuff together for me! The nursery is all set up already and I washed some of the hand-me-down newborn onesies from my nieces/nephews and started putting in the drawers but other than that i'll wait till after the shower. But I am type A - so I won't be relaxed until everything is put together and waiting for the babies lol

30 weeks. i set up the twin pack and play, 2 bouncy seats and the 2 rock and plays. i also had the cribs and changing tables set up.

I did everything, I should say I made DH do everything super early, around 24 weeks maybe? I didn't want to be huge and having to get stuff done. Anddd I always heard twins came early. Good thing I did, I went into labor at 31 weeks.

I'll be 32 weeks tues but I can go at any time (or so it feels). We are hoping the babies hold off for a few weeks so we can get furniture in and have a changing table. Dh still needs to put cribs together just to set up although we won't use them yet.
I'm having a CS so I figure DH can just pull rnp, swings and pnp out when I'm in the hospital. Nothing like last minute. Plus I don't want it sitting out getting dusty.

My shower was at 30 weeks and we set the crib up right after my shower and washed some newborn clothes but that's it. I went into labor at 32 weeks and set everything else up once the drs said they can come home.

When did you set up stuff?
I had my shower at 30 weeks. I set up everything before I had the girls at 36 weeks. I wanted everything out of the boxes and the boxes out of my living room. We had the crib assembled for us and that was done around 28 weeks. Everything else my DH did little by little until my csection.

i would do it within the next month!
My girls came at 32 weeks and although we already had DS, we were shocked at how much needed to be done.
have room all ready
Crib
changing station
pack n play
my girls are too small for the swing, chairs, so for now they are hanging out in pack n play on an incline

The bulk of the nursery, (cribs painting, closet, dresser) was done before my shower. My shower was at our house at 24 weeks.
The girls were born at 30 weeks and we set stuff up when they were in the nicu.
