Ella will be 13 months tomorrow and she's been getting salmon and snapper since she was 10 months old.
I didn't try her with Tuna as yet.

DS had salmon and tilapia at 11 months. Last month my dad went tuna fishing and he had some (maybe 2 oz) of grilled tuna. This week he had gordons fishsticks for the first time.
DH doesn't eat fish, but I am going to be serving filets (halibut, tilapia, salmon, and flounder mostly) to our weekly meals and DH will learn to like it.

my doctor said no way in hell until age 2...Its a high allergen

DS was at the ped today and he said no shellfish til 2, but he can have other types of fish.
I have given him tun and salmon and he loves it. I haven't given him sushi - I don't really eat it.

That's odd, I thought that is just shellfish. My doc highly recommends fish for brain development, but says to stay away from fish high in mercury content. My dd eats wild alaskan salmon and loves it at 12 months

When she started solids, about 9-10 months I guess. In other words I didn't hold off on it.

nope--I asked if I can give them salmon he said noway..
I give them omega and dha other ways

I think I gave DD fish around 10 months or so.... I also gave her shellfish around 15 months... she loves shrimp. And yes my doctor said no, and I did it anyway.
