When did you start trying things to bring on delivery

Such as the red raspberry tea (?) that I think I've heard people talking about. And what are other things you can do to try to speed along the process.

i heard driving over speed bumps ... fast ... works to induce labor

It's probably the stress of all the work that needs to be done to your car after this that bring on labor. Chat Icon

Please don't try castor oil. My doctor said a lot of women end up dehydrating themselves this way, which makes labor even worse.

I watch a lot of baby and labor stories on TLC and Discovery....and one of the suggestions is to breast pump. By pumping, you cause your uterus to contract and thats brings on those contractions...it seems to work.....at least on the show it does.
