I dont know, I read somewhere that you should continue cereal for awhile.
Right now DS is off most baby foods (only really eats baby fruits at this point) but he still gets his cereal 1x per day He is almost 10 months old
I go to the ped in 2 weeks so I will have to ask her

We still give DD oatmeal in the morning. She also still gets some pearsr and peaches in jars. Mostly I cut them up in pieces for her but she seems to have a hard time keeping them down still.

As soon as she started table foods she wanted nothing to do with cereal.

Every morning K still has her cereal and fruit.
Her ped said that she could have it until she doesn't want it anymore - it's not something that you have to stop with them.
