when did you stop using undershirts on your little one?
i am having an april baby so i dont know if i should get a lot of undershirts do i use them in the sumemr time?
I had a sept baby last tiem and by teh summer i didnt use them.

I always use an undershirt on DS. Very rarely, even in the summer does he not have one on. To me it's kind of like a woman wearing a bra, it just goes!

I would get the under shirts.. my boys were april babys and we used them all the time! even if we were just hanging out in the house.... it was the most comfy thing for them. of course when it got warm we didnt put it under anything but they did wear them alot.

DS was born April 13th and I still use them all the time. Except in the summer durning the day (same for when he was 3-5 months old). At night I always had one on him because of the AC.

I only use them in cold weather - the ped told us not to overdress her and that in warmer weather they weren't necessary unless you have the AC on very high.

I stopped using Onesies when we potty trained, but not he has little t-shirts he wears all the time. Very easy in the summer, he has the wife beater (sorry not the PC term) style and he would wear them all the time if I let him.

My 2.5 year old still wears onsesies. He MUST wear them under his PJ's because he strips off the PJ's- and the diaper in the crib. He can't figure out how to do the crotch snaps, so at least he's got SOMETHING on.
HE also wear onesies under his clothes in the winter.
My almost 6 year old wear undershirts almost every day. Daddy wears undershirts, so my son thinks he needs to as well. He doesn't wear them in the summer though.
