DD knew and can identify her colors really well at 18 months
She goes to a preschool/daycare type program since she was 1. Her babysiiter before she turned one was a retired teacher so she knew how to teach her and what to start with to get her learning

My granddaughter Jaci is 22 months and she knows blue, yellow, green and red good she gets confused with black and white.....
