When did your DC start sleeping through the night?
DD is only 3 weeks old, so I know I have a few months until she sleeps through the night. But, I need to see the silver lining...I'm soooooooo TIRED!!!!

starting around 3 weeks my DD started sleeping from 10pm till 5 am. She wakes up just long enough to eat then stays asleep untill 9-10 am! Hopefully you will get sleep soon enough!

3-5 wks 12 or 1am to 8 or 9 am. up to 9.5 hrs

without waking? probably 4.5 months
but my definition of sleeping through the night is 7-7.....I think they actually consider anything longer than 6 hours at a stretch sleeping through the night...

I consider sleeping through the night 7-7 also - and he just started doing this without waking at 6 months.

5 and 1/2 weeks.
He has never had a night time feeding since.
he will occasionally wake up to cry, fuss if hes sick, teething, cranky etc, but not to eat.

DD is 14 mos and we've yet to get a 7-7 night. On average, DD sleeps approx 10 hours straight per night. But she usually wakes up crying at least 1x every night.

Around 3 months... but keep in mind "sleeping through the night" means 6 hours... hang in there!!!

It was about 8-9 weeks. We had been told not expect it early from a preemie, so we were really surprised.

DS is just now at 8 1/2 months sleeping through the night on most nights. 7:30 p.m. - 6 a.m.

My pediatrician said 6 hours straight is considered sleeping through the night. My 9 week old dd sleeps anywhere from 5 1/2 -7 hours straight gets up to eat and goes back to sleep.

The say she turned 6 weeks old she slept through the night by my standards (until I was ready to wakt up in the morningg)...not that 6 hours in a row junk that doctors consider "through the night"!

At around 2.5 months DD started sleeping through the night. DS was later..around 4 months. It felt like an eternity for both though!

At 8 weeks we would get a good 8 or 9 hours.
At 6 months he will sleep for 12 hours.

First week home. Last bottle at 10 or 11pm and she'd sleep til 7 or 8 the next day.
I can count on 2 hands the number of nights she's woken up.

if that's the case - 7 wks old! wow, didn't know i had a all nighter, sure doesn't feel like it when he wakes at 3:30 to snack...lol..
