When did your feet/ankles start to swell?

I'm only 14 weeks pg and today my feet and ankles swelled up a bit. I could still wear my shoes but they were tight. Chat Icon My ankles look like I sprained them or something.

That's probably from the heat! My doctor explained it the other day - something about you and the baby being warm, and only you are able to expell the heat, so it winds up pooling....I don't know exactly, but it sucks big time.

Just this week...I know its from the heat though. I get like this pregnant or not. I spent the day in a large kiddie pool out on the patio. It helped sooooo much.

I'm 20 weeks and this started last week for me. It's actually more my feet tonight than my ankles.
