We aren't taking Lamaze but we are taking a childbirth class that consists of breathing techniques as well as many other things. We began at week 30.

We are taking a 2 day lamaze/hospital tour class through NS Manhasset where we will be delivering. It is 2 Sundays at the end of July
We took a baby care basics class last night through Northshore which was very informative also.
I would ask your ob gyn or find out if the hospital that you are delivering at offers anything.

I started the Lamaze/childbirth class this Tuesday @31 weeks. It's a 4 week thing, including a baby CPR class.
My doctor's office recommended the woman who runs it and it's not affiliated with any specific hospital necessarily. The classes are held at the Hilton, near the Source Mall.

I waited a little to long. I just squeezed my way into one on the 17th of july. I will be 33 1/2 weeks.
